This process is recorded in the different Lirion windows to keep track of the purchase flow, this system has the flexibility that the flow can be followed or not, it starts from a requisition, which is handled as a request for purchase made by a certain area, then directed to the purchasing department, which evaluates supplier quotes and determines which is the most appropriate for the purchase

Requisition: Manage purchase requisitions generated by other departments.

Purchase Order: issue the purchase document with details of prices, quantities, payment terms and delivery methods.

Reception of material: Receive products in whole or in part when a supplier dispatches them and places them in the corresponding warehouse.

Invoice Registration: Locate the product received on the purchase order and register the purchase invoice.
